As your Coaching VA, I take care of the behind-the-scenes tasks that eat up your time – things like inbox management, scheduling, social media support, email marketing, website updates, and tech setup. This frees you up to focus on coaching, creating, and connecting with your clients.
Once we decide to work together, I’ll guide you step by step. We’ll start with a simple onboarding process where you share the tasks you’d like me to handle. From there, I’ll take them off your plate while keeping you updated so you always feel in the loop.
That’s completely normal. Many of my clients start out the same way. I make the process simple by beginning with small, high-impact tasks that relieve pressure right away. You’ll always have final approval, and as trust builds, you can hand off more over time.
Hiring a VA isn’t just an expense – it’s an investment in your business and your wellbeing. Yes – most of my clients are solo coaches and service providers. I understand the juggle between client delivery, marketing, and admin. My role is to ease that load so you can focus on doing what you love most.
For monthly packages (Steady Support and Scaling Partner), hours do not roll over – they’re designed to give you consistent support each month. With the Flex Support package, you get 30 hours to use anytime over 3 months. Flex clients can also purchase top-up hours if they run out.
I don’t offer refunds once a package has been purchased, but I do everything I can to make sure you feel supported and confident throughout our time together.
Payments can be made via PayPal or Wise, depending on your package. All payments are processed upfront before work begins.
I reply to all client communication within 24 business hours (AEST). If you’re based in the US or NZ, we’ll have overlapping hours to connect, and I often work asynchronously so tasks move forward while you rest.
