About Jan

Experienced support, delivered personally.

I’m Jan, the person behind Your Coaching VA. For more than 18+ years, I’ve helped business owners turn ideas into finished, working digital systems and consistent marketing.

A calm pair of hands

You bring the vision. I help make it happen.

I’m an implementer at heart: thoughtful, organised and happiest when the moving pieces of a business are working smoothly.

I work across websites, email marketing, course and membership systems, content workflows, podcasts, launches and everyday digital operations. You won’t need to arrive with perfect instructions or understand every platform first.

Because I work with a limited number of clients, I get to know your preferences, your offers and the way you like to work.

How I work

Quietly capable. Clear and dependable.

Personal

You work directly with me—not a changing roster of assistants.

Practical

I help identify the next useful step, then take care of the implementation.

Steady

Clear communication and reliable follow-through without constant chasing.
